The production of outer bags, starting from up-stream of yarn drawing production flow , special screening the best P . P . material and adding antistatic agent to reduce P. P. yarn for being broken and dust staining condition , thus the clean degree can be enhanced . P. P. woven cloth is then produced by fixed woven machine and experienced workers to control quality and cleaning effect.
PE dust-free Bulk (Super sack) inner bags
This product adopts material of high cleanup, high tensile , and high air permeable for production. During the production process and film blowing production , adds no additives and assistants for processing.
Under production of advanced dust-free film blowing machine , the dust-free bags are produced in the Class-1000 dust-free room . In the process of production, the degree of cleanup can be monitored instantly to provide our customers the best quality product .
